Information we collect

When you sign up for ManyCrawl, we collect a small amount of account data:

• ✓ Your name
• ✓ Your email address
• ✓ Limited product analytics metadata needed to operate and improve the service

We do not collect browsing history, scraped page content, or anything you produce inside the extension.

Data storage

All scraping results, tables, columns, enrichments, and exported files are stored locally in your browser, inside the extension. They never leave your machine unless you choose to export them.

API calls to providers you connect (OpenAI, Findymail, Icypeas, etc.) go directly from your browser to those providers — they don't pass through our servers.

How we use your information

Your name and email address are used only to:

• ✓ Create and manage your account
• ✓ Enable account-related features (such as plan limits and entitlements)
• ✓ Communicate important service updates
• ✓ Understand product usage, diagnose failures, and improve extension reliability

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Because all scraping and enrichment runs in your browser with your own API keys, there's nothing for us to share even if we wanted to.
